I'm excited to bring strategic social media solutions to clients from Shoutlet's San Francisco office Until the birth of our son Theodore, I worked remotely from San Francisco, as a Senior Account Development Manager for CPM Healthgrades, with offices in Denver, Atlanta, and Madison, WI. My job was helping large health care systems find CRM direct mail and other innovative marketing strategies to increase their return on investment. I worked with Academic Medical Centers, for profits, and non-profits in interesting places including Detroit and Richmond. Remote work began for me when my husband Dennis accepted a job at a San Francisco tech start up. Before CPM, I had a great seven years as a Madison Magazine Account Manager. Previously, I was employed in similar positions at newspapers in Madison, Florida, Missouri and Illinois. You could say ink runs through my blood. I've served on advisory boards and committees for Downtown Madison Inc. (DMI) and Dane County Buy Local (DCBL), and was a downtown Madison volunteer ambassador for many years. I've also volunteered with arts groups, United Way, Community Shares, and many of their agencies over the years. I'm a graduate of Southern Illinois University Carbondale with a Journalism major (Advertising Specialism) and English minor. My nickname in college was "grammar girl" but I fear email and haste have eroded my previous conviction. Dennis, Theodore, Baba Ganoush the dog, and I live in and walk to everywhere from our place in Nob Hill, just shy of Union Square. In my free time, I enjoy running, reading, traveling, knitting, the outdoors, and spending time with my family and friends. I've completed six marathons, including Chicago, and plan to live to be a happy and healthy years old. read more ...
