As Chief Engagement Officer of Tribes Win, I help large brands identify, lead and engage their tribes, online and offline. I help brands identify specific objectives and then design and execute unique strategies to achieve those objectives. Our typical work with clients consists of two pieces. 1) Developing a strong social media presence and generating social capital. We help our clients learn how to operate in this exciting new world of the social web. 2) Designing and executing specific campaigns and promotions. In addition to longer term projects, I also offer half-day and full-day strategy sessions around how social media can help companies engage with their customers and achieve objectives.
