I am a self-proclaimed Skyline Chili connoisseur and Duran Duran fan who has years experience in marketing, corporate communication and sales. What I love most about my job is that every day I get to talk to and work with communicators from around the world. I get to hear about the good work they are doing, as well as the challenges they face. I love internal communications and employee engagement. I am passionate about helping companies improve their tactics and strategies to make the digital workplace all it can be. At Stratacache, I am the company's subject matter expert in corporate communication, using my experience to help the company and our customers be better communicators. In addition to launching and writing for blogs, I've also been published by the Digital Screenmedia Association and PRSA. Put me in front of an audience. Recently, I keynoted the Employee Communications Thought Leadership Summit in London and spoke in Toronto at IABC's World Conference on the topic of employee engagement. I am the co-founder and host of Indy Social Media, a local non-profit promoting Indianapolis as a digital hub. I also recently served on the Alumni Board of Directors at Butler University and on the Super Bowl Host Committee's #social team.
