I have been in the Information Technology industry for over 10 years, recently became an ITIL v3 Expert and am active in a variety of social & environmental efforts.I was hired in the Spring of 2010 by PricewaterhouseCoopers to leverage my extensive IT Service Management knowledge in the CIO Advisory Services group.I have over ten years of experience in business technology across multiple industries. My focus is on strategy & assessment, process improvement, process reengineering, managed services, outsourcing and organizational change management. I have worked on several multi-year IT Service Management projects that have included initial assessments, program level reengineering efforts and continuous improvement. Prior to joining PwC, I was a Senior Consultant and Chief Technology Officer for a boutique IT consultancy in Chicago, IL.I'm also a firm believer in the evolution of self and integrating social responsibility into my personal and professional life. Currently I serve on the United Way Steering Committee for PwC's Chicago office. As the Founder and President of the Five9 Foundation, I have facilitated over $20,000 in contributions to hospitals, non-profits and educational institutions throughout the Midwest.
