Hi All! I created this blog soon after joining a great Fitness Bootcamp program that really motivated me to change the way I look at food. I'm now a Bar Method devotee and have had so much fun creating healthy "whole food" low calorie snacks and meals that I want to share with anyone looking to lose weight or get healthy! Oh and P.S. I may like to eat healthy, but this is still very much a work in progress- I'm FAR from perfect and will be the first to tell you about my weakness for wine, chips & salsa, and more... so I'll promise to keep it honest and hopefully come up with good strategies to stay on track!
