I've been in the Advertising and Marketing industry for over 10 years working in Integrated communications, digital, mass and direct for both Consumer and B2B. My true passion lies in connecting with and doing what's right for the consumer across every channel we communicate. I am results driven, and have a passion for my client's business. I have spent the last 6 years of my career in the Technology and Telco industries, as I love the fast paced and demanding environments! I spent the last year at CentrSource, an internet start up. I have learned from great people at CentrSource, OSL Marketing, Wunderman, DDB Canada, Rapp Collins Worldwide, and MacLaren McCann. And in diverse industries such as : Technology - Dell Canada Telecommunications - Rogers Cable B2B - Purolator, Grand & Toy, Hertz, Dell Canada Packaged Goods - Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceuticals - Pfizer (Viagra) Automotive - General Motors Financial - Scotiabank I love leading, teaching and developing people and consider this to be one of the most important roles in any job that I have. I bring not only the marketing but the business aspect to my job. Before entering the advertising world, I earned my Chartered Accountant's designation, working at Deloitte. I then went on to be the Controller at Rapp Collins Worldwide. I was in the accounting world for 9 years. I love the business side of every client that I have managed as well. For the last 2 years, I have run my own small business in my spare time. My Dog Rocks is my dog training business, and I run group classes and private sessions. I especially love this because not only do I get to spend time around dogs and teaching people, I also get to use my marketing and accounting background! I have done all of my own web development and design, search engine marketing and social media strategy. I look forward to meeting and learning about new people!
