I believe that the Internet is one of the most exciting platforms to connect people, brands and ideas. A primary focus on customer experience and online interactions during two internships led me to concentrate my final undergraduate research project on customer experience and customer loyalty in e-commerce. That project led me to Bazaarvoice, the leader in Social Commerce solutions, where I grew my expertise in client interactions, project management and scrappy startup culture. Over the last two years, I've been working at Google in Consumer Operations. I'm responsible for driving the operations strategy for Gmail's mobile platforms and growing our internal tools to make user insights more efficient and actionable. Having lived, studied and worked in France from -, I am comfortable adapting to new environments and collaborating in international dynamics.
