I took my first foray into professional development and human capital management as a trainer I've since been able to gain valuable experience both through business development for a professional services organization and as a consultant working directly on HCM strategy and system implementations. I have focused on learning management and socialcollaborative technology within companies ranging from , - , employees, but I've also consulted organizations on a variety of other critical business processes (system localization, performance management systems, mobile workforce issues etc.). While consulting, I have also evaluated new learning technologies and written on learning and development related issues. This has lead to several speaking engagements on topics of interest to training and development professionals at the American Society for Training and Development (TechKnowledge), Training Magazine (Conference and Expo as well as their Online Learning Conference), and the Society for Applied Learning Technologies Conference and Expo. Furthermore, I've enjoyed working extensively with collaborative learning strategy and technology needed to execute this strategy within Educe.
