I am a Senior Analyst on the Strategy Analytics team at IMS Health, located in the Milwaukee office. I have been with IMS Health for the past three years, beginning as a Contract Analyst. As a member of the Strategy Analytics team, I am responsible for data analysis and report development, as well as delivery and client communication. I use my skills as a data scientist to mine large data sets to help clients solve problems, answer business questions, and drive decision making. I perform statistical analyses, while creating aesthetically appealing and interactive solutions based on sensitive internal and third party data. Prior to joining IMS Health, I worked for the Rockford Area Economic Development Council where I conducted research and analyzed data to produce reports and marketing materials in order to attract business to the region. I was involved in creating and implementing many initiatives to achieve a sustainable community, as well as developing grant applications in order to form a Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy for the county. My responsibilities also included creating and maintaining multiple websites. My professional career began in the non-profit industry as an activist and Citizen Outreach Director. While collecting signatures and raising money for various causes, I expanded memberships for public interests groups. I built a team, ran staff meetings, and reported fundraising numbers in addition to organizing a press conference regarding coal-fired power plants. Through my work, my passion for environmental sustainability and transportation issues was amplified. I graduated from Beloit College in with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics Management and Studio Art. During my time at Beloit College I studied abroad at Marmara niversitesi which is located in Istanbul, Turkey.
