Working with over 6,500 financial clients and their databases, my primary focus was optimizing ROI for marketing efforts through data modeling for Chase, Bank of America, Citibank, Wells Fargo, and other top 50 national and super-regional financial institutions. I am a huge proponent of engagement banking that is focused on using technology to enhance relationships by building real and virtual communities. I am also very involved in the next iteration of mobile, tablet, and browser based banking, and the constant evolution of payment and uses of big data.
