I began Real Estate in , with a goal of renovating turn of the century homes and staging them with antique furniture. Although it started as a hobby and a stress reliever ( I was a Nuclear Engineer in a High Stress Position) it turned into a profitable business. In fact the sale of my first home that I renovated gave me more profit than an entire years salary in the Navy as a Nuclear Engineering Officer. I have bought and flipped nearly a hundred homes over the years and I have sold as many as homes a year. When I began as a REALTOR, years ago, I was my only customer. However, I designed and created marketing and administrative programs that were designed to please my neediest and most demanding customer...me I now have learned how to FIERCELY defend my clients and take care of the tiniest of details in an efficient way I am well know for my ability to handle difficult situations and turn-around unsellable properties.
