Focused on optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team. Primary current work streams include sales process improvement/standardization, behavioral-based assessment, metrics, and workforce and individual planning. Ongoing key responsibilities include ensuring a talent strategy consistent with line of business objectives, partnering with Human Resources and Business partners to execute the strategy driving forward best practices and day-to-day leadership of associates. Define, implement, and sustain a sales staff that is on board with the processes that supports the vision of the line of business. Key contact/liaison with corporate staff lines of business in gathering voice of customer/process data, understanding current staffing processes, identifying opportunities to be analyzed and assessed and taking a lead role in implementation of improvement and control steps. Specific responsibility for root cause analysis and countermeasure development for the following streams of work: Stakeholder Accountability, Partnership, Workforce Planning & Forecasting, and On boarding. Monitor total team compliance to include data capture, sales call to close ratio, and mitigating associated risks, monitoring and optimizing key sales processes, addressing/managing impact of enterprise wide sales changes. Facilitate sales team workflow and day-to-day leadership of associates. Responsible for building the sales team infrastructure and processes necessary to deliver sales results. Driving-out details on major streams of work and monitoring progress/performance of sales ramp-up and on-boarding coach for new sales team associates.
