After learning the lessons from, and living through, the trials and tribulations of both large public companies as well as small start ups, I decided to share my lessons learned with other small to midsize companies. My mojo comes from working as a partner in unison with executives to help their companies develop leadership excellence and employee engagement to drive business success. As Leadership Development Advisor, I advise business owners and senior executives how to strategically develop their talent and plan for future growth. As a Vistage Chair for Vistage International, the world's leading CEO membership organization, I deliver and facilitate monthly think tank meetings for a group of successful CEOs dedicated to becoming more effective leaders and increasing the value and profitability of their businesses. As part of the Vistage experience, I provide individual monthly coaching to each member. I am a life long learner and share my learnings using social media and blog posts. When I'm not advising my clients, you can find me volunteering with one of my favorite non profits such as Georgia Council on Economic Education, and Junior Achievement of GA where I can share my passion for educating the next generation. My most valued time is spent traveling extensively with Craig, my husband of over 20 years.
