I'm a pretty detail oriented developer when it comes to writing code (PHPHTMLCSSCodeIgniter). I loathe messy "spaghetti" code, and it usually drives my blood pressure through the roof when I see it, but as developers, we all have to put in our time as excavators to remove the "cancer", refactor, and make our code that much better. You could say I'm a bit anal about that, but I feel that I should leave the code in a better state than it was before so that the person that follows me can easily pick up the code and run from there. I also use ScrumAgile methodologies in my approach with my projects. I've recently worked as a Scrum Master for Bulbstorm getting Agile fully engrained in their process.
