I am currently the Global Practice Lead for Technology Services at ExactTarget, a salesforce.com company. Prior to this, I was an Associate Principal (Solutions Architect). In this role, I was responsible for solutioning, architecting and implementing technology solutions to support the interactive marketing programs for strategic ExactTarget clients. Prior to ExactTarget, I was the Director of Product Management for c Solutions (acquired by CDC Software) where I was responsible for driving and managing the c product strategy and roadmap which included over add-on products for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform. Prior to c, I worked with various companies leading and implementing successful CRM solutions with a focus on the Financial Services industry. I worked with EasyBroker in London where I was responsible for the deployment of a tightly integrated CRM and equity trading system. I also worked with Riggs Bank in Washington, DC where I was responsible for architecting CRM solutions as part of Riggs Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti Money Laundering (AML) programs. I have also led CRM projects in a number of other industries including High-Tech (Internet Security System and Factset Research Systems), Utilities (Keyspan Energy) and Retail Marketing (DCI Marketing). I began my career in the CRM industry as a Senior Consultant at Onyx Software, a mid-market CRM software vendor where I worked with different clients helping implement Onyx CRM. Prior to Onyx, I was the Implementation Account Manager at Neovest where I worked with financial services clients (buysell side) implementing Neovests proprietary trading technology. I started my career at Morgan Stanley in New York as a Business Analyst in their Institutional Equities group. I am an honors graduate from the Georgia Institute of Technology where I received a BS degree in Electrical Engineering and a Certificate in Economics.
