I work as an employee or contractor, providing research, strategy and design, creatively framing and articulating models borne out of analysis and synthesis. This includes delivering insight into opportunities, and deepening understanding of your past, present and potential users and customers - often your most complex and valuable asset. Focusing on integrated product, service and environment strategy, I surface and deliver core intellectual, emotional and behavioral building blocks which determine how we successfully adopt and engage often ambiguous and intangible offerings, in the context of our daily lives. For healthcare, I offer clinical and biopsychosocial expertise in Behavioral Medicine (Board Cert). By leading discovery, needfinding, translation and refinement, I help create long view opportunities, turning ideas into realities, delivering evidence based, viable human solutions. Because such forms and frameworks are centered on human experience, my work has scaled across industries including agriculture, architecture, automotive and machine, beauty and cosmetics, construction and engineering, consumer products, entertainment, healthcare and medicine, supply and logistics, technology and more.
