In my current role as Associate Director of Web Strategy for Thirty-One Gifts, I help the organization with strategy, planning, investment, business integration, and execution of web and internet initiatives as a part of the marketing team. I lead a cross-functional team that defines processes for effective execution of a comprehensive web strategy, management of front-end assets, and continuous process improvement to support changing business needs. Through my leadership we continuously examine analytic data and make recommendations to the executive team to evolve web, mobile, email and social channels. Additionally, I work with business units to define the scope, technical and business requirements, budget, benefit analysis, cost justification, and potential revenue for initiatives. I’ve forged a deep knowledge of all phases of web production, including functional and needs assessment, layout and architectural design, search optimization, analytics, functionality, maintenance, and the agile process. I also have expertise in interactive strategy, user interface design, information architecture, and translating brands online. In 2003 I founded huber+co. interactive and built a 10-person team that worked with enterprise-level and main street businesses as well as educational, health care and not-for-profit organizations to define and deliver their online strategies. In 2010 Paul Werth Associates recognized the growth potential of huber+co. and subsequently sought out and acquired the company. huber+co. social Web innovations include development of TweetMyTime – the first social media utility for endurance racing - allowing participants to automatically publish updates to their Twitter and Facebook accounts during the race when they cross timing mats on the course.?? Creator and founding member of the Ohio Interactive Awards. Created in 2009, this yearly event was developed to showcase the incredible interactive work from firms throughout our great state.
