Born in Erie, Michael spent his early life in the town of North East, PA. In recent years, he has worked on a number of volunteer projects, helped coach the Mercyhurst Prep Debate Team, and is an activist for youth civic engagement. At Epic Web Studios , Michael works as the Director of Social Media, with his focus on utilizing the breadth and depth of social media to the clients advantage. From Facebook to Twitter (and everything in between), he has years of experience maximizing the efficient use of these social tools specializing in messaging, analytics, and increasing overall influenceeffective marketing. Additionally, Michael Haas co-founded the k for Catholic Education in Erie, PA. This non-profit helps to advocate for Catholic Education in the area through the use of an annual k walkrun that focuses on promoting a family-friendlyenvironment. In the past year, overall donations have DOUBLEDmaking the organization well on its way to establishing a scholarship fund for local students. In his free time, Michael enjoys playing the baritone saxophone, experiencing the artistic community in Erie, skiing, and all that Eries Presque Isle Peninsula offers. Almost always seen with a cup of coffee, Michael moves about miles per hour all day.
