I am currently a management PhD candidate at University of Memphis and a visiting professor at Marshall University. My research interests involve entrepreneurship; innovation; acculturation and cross-cultural issues. These research topics are of particular interest given the current globalization and economic situations. From the reality of business failure, the increased movement of labor across national borders, and the drive to innovate for competitive advantage my research has the potential to be useful and timely to practitioners, policy makers, and the scientific community. I graduated from Texas Tech University with my MBA in 2006 and my BBA from University of Texas, San Antonio in 2003. I have served in the US Armed forces and have held positions in a variety of industries including healthcare, financial services, and manufacturing.
