I grew up in Clinton, IL and graduated from High School.  From there, I went to Bible college, transferred, and dropped out.  After working for the General Council of the Assemblies of God, I decided to forgo college and accept a position at a non-denominational church, close to my first college, which is now Lincoln Christian University, hoping to return and finish my degree.  After a couple of years, I decided that full-time ministry was not what I needed to be doing at that time.  Part due to the lack of education, part due to the lack of maturity, and part due to the lack of patience.  I worked for Corporate Bank Transit for a while, then got a good job making plastic sprayer parts at Action Technology.  My soon to be ex-wife, having been homesick for a good time, really wanted to move back home.  We had an opportunity, so we took it.  After not being able to find a job for seven months, and a snafu thanks to the Illinois Department of Employment Security, my ex-wife's mother threatened to have me forcibly removed from her residence if I did not leave voluntarily.  Not having any money or anywhere to go, I turned to my family, who helped me get airfare to come home.  I am now living with my parents in my childhood home, I have a job (after searching only two weeks) and am picking up the pieces of my life.  On the plus side, I've hit rock bottom and things are looking up and picking up.,Just an average guy.,
