I have been in private practice as a Certified Rolfer since . My interest in holistic approaches to health and healing were sparked as a result of a search for a solution to a dance injury. I completed my Advanced Rolfing training in and Rolf Movement training in . In addition to my Rolfing training I have studied Pilates, craniosacral therapy, and somatic approaches to healing trauma. I have a deep and abiding interest in body-oriented psychotherapies. In addition to many, many years of dance training I have a strong yoga practice, am an avid salsa dancer, and enjoy Continuum Movement classes. I hold certifications from both the Certification Board for Structural Integration and the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage Bodywork. In addition to my somatic training and experience I am a graduate of Sonoma State Universitys School of Business and Economics. I enjoy integrating my business skills with my somatic therapy skills which satisfies both the right and left hemispheres of my brain.
