In I began my real estate career. The broker I worked for practically invented the short sale in . We handled short sales exclusively in large volume and I quickly realized what a great opportunity the pre-foreclosure niche offered for myself and the defaulted homeowners we were helping. Since then I have focused all my energy and passion towards helping homeowners avoid foreclosure through the short sale process as well as training other real estate professionals to be proficient with short sales through education, having compassion for their clients, and understanding the financial systems. I believe that the foreclosure crisis we are experiencing can only be solved one family at a time.
